      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, manage, and coach a cross-functional team of 10+ members, ensuring high standards in execution and service delivery
      - Oversee partner communications and maintain relationships with over 250 partners through various channels
      - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize digital marketing strategies and enhance marketing performance
      - Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies focused on driving measurable ROI for partners
      - Analyze team KPIs and campaign results to make strategic decisions that improve outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1.5 years of experience leading and training client success teams with 10+ direct reports
      - At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to mentor and manage escalations
      - Proven track record of creating client growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
      - Strong operational mindset with hands-on experience in CRMs and project management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a marketing or service-based agency, especially within the orthodontic or dental industry
      - Familiarity with tools such as HighLevel and ClickUp for project management and communication
      - Knowledge of training program design and quality assurance standards for advisory teams
      - Strong data-driven approach to monitoring client health and team performance
      - Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
