  Head of Customer and Marketing - Aviva Wealth

  We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Direct Wealth Go to Market (GTM) to join the UKI Life C&M team. You will help develop our Sales & Marketing vision and strategy for the newly formed Wealth business.

  A bit about the job:

  Our Wealth business needs to grow 10x over the next 10 years- this role drives that growth. Responsible for the strategy & execution of go to market. Inclusive of strategy and delivery across Digital, Data & Marketing, this role will lead, drive and implement Digital, Marketing and Data strategies for distribution across connected wealth.

  You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing all aspects of Customer & marketing Wealth vision, strategy & delivery. (Data, Digital & Marketing)

  • Own and manage +£10m budget.

  • Own and develop Wealth App & oversee future re-integration.

  • Leading a large team of senior Marketing & Go to Market managers. Responsible for performance of large matrix team across Data, Digital & Marketing (+50 in matrix team)

  • Building repeatable models for agile ways of working in Customer & Marketing & appropriate Business Units.

  Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience of designing the organisational structure for, and leading & building successful Customer & Marketing teams

  • Experience of leading large cross functional teams in complex organisations

  • Proven ability to design and deliver against a Commercial & Marketing strategy

  • Useful to have operated on both business and consulting organisations

  • Starting salary competitive (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
