- Develop and implement a global Operational Excellence strategy focused on enhancing business processes and driving continuous improvement through DPS.
- Provide vision and leadership for the Global BPM and DPS functions, setting direction for a high-performing team.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and senior leadership to identify key process improvement opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
- Partner with business areas, units, and functional areas to conduct comprehensive analyses of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the planning and execution of process improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Design, document, and implement new business processes aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Lead the implementation of process changes, providing training and support to affected teams to ensure successful integration.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of BPM and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into process performance, monitoring results against established benchmarks.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to best practices and foster continuous improvement.
- Drive change management efforts to support the successful adoption of new processes organization-wide.
- Communicate process changes and their benefits effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across business units to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure processes meet organizational needs.
- Serve as a liaison between executive management and process teams, aligning objectives and setting clear expectations.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing BPM and continuous improvement team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide professional development opportunities to team members, promoting their growth within the organization.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business process management, operations, or a related field, with proven experience in a leadership role overseeing process improvement initiatives.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in BPM tools and software.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High adaptability and resilience.
- Additional Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required.
