Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to run our Global Wealth Management Next Best Action Platform. This platform aims to deliver high-quality, customized advice at scale, ensuring optimal client engagement through the right frequency and appropriate channels. The role involves establishing a standard of engagement for advisors, bankers, and relationship managers, while continuously learning from client behaviors and preferences. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of a dynamic system that personalizes client interactions, identifies unique opportunities, and creates a feedback loop for ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Leadership:
- Oversee the development and operation of the Next Best Action Platform to ensure it delivers high-quality, customized advice at scale.
- Establish optimal engagement standards for advisors, bankers, and relationship managers tailored to each client.
- Continuously enhance the platform based on client behaviors and preferences.
- Personalization and Engagement:
- Identify and customize opportunities to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Develop an optimization engine to rank and score investment ideas, personal ideas, service alerts, and market events.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Create a virtual feedback loop to provide transparency on the platform’s effectiveness.
- Focus on ongoing improvement by analyzing what works and what doesn’t.
- Implement mechanisms for collecting and acting on feedback.
- Integration and Distribution:
- Deliver personalized advice through various interfaces and channels, including email, task assignment, click-to-dial, and other actions.
- Ensure seamless integration of the platform with existing systems and workflows.
- Campaign Management:
- Drive the measurement and efficacy of hundreds of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies and optimizations.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in wealth management with a deep understanding of the industry.
- Proven track record of delivering similar platforms in previous roles.
- Strong background in AI and machine learning applications in financial services.
- Experience with personalization engines, CRM systems, and campaign management.
- Proven ability to work within a large global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver results.

- Strong understanding of client engagement and wealth management processes.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
