What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deploy internal AI agents to assist the sales team by auto-generating account research briefs and summarizing calls
- Maintain system hygiene and manage API integrations, ensuring accurate data flows and immediate resolution of errors
- Design, build, and maintain low-code and code-based workflows for GTM automation architecture
- Overhaul GTM infrastructure to achieve fully automated inbound routing and an AI enrichment stack
- Implement automated cleaning protocols to reduce duplicate data in the CRM by over 90%
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Growth Engineering, Applied AI, GTM Engineering, Technical RevOps, or Backend Engineering
- Proficiency in Workflow Automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) and scripting languages (Python or Javascript/Typescript)
- Experience with API Integration (REST/Webhooks) and SQL
- Knowledge of AI Engineering concepts including Prompt Engineering and OpenAI API
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced startup environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience writing scripts, manipulating JSON, and debugging API errors
- Background in working with internal tools and automation processes
