- Contribute to forming and establishing a clear vision and ambition for the Nordic ComEx team
- Identify, improve/develop, and scale best commercial initiatives, processes, and ways of working for Tryg on a Scandinavian level with a customer-centric approach
- Work with senior stakeholders across our Business Units to facilitate and accelerate change, collaboration, and value delivery
- Develop the Nordic ComEx agenda with commercial initiatives to support our 2027 strategy and play into the needs of the business units to drive real impact
- Lead and develop a highly ambitious team of skilled professionals
- Contribute to the management team in Group “SIME” to ensure that we remain at the forefront of how we provide strategic support across Tryg

About the job | Head of Nordic Commercial Excellence
As Head of Nordic ComEx, you will be responsible for a relatively new team of ~8 full-time employees and 4 student analysts. You will be part of the management team for Group "SIME," which further includes the Group Strategy, M&A, and Executive Office teams.

To succeed in this role, we expect a strong ability to lead and succeed through others, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a bias towards action and impact.
Ideally, you have a business background with experience in commercial roles within the insurance or similar industries, and you understand how to navigate a matrix organization. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with prior team management responsibility. You are an excellent communicator, and you have a proven ability to work efficiently and make change happen across all levels and various departments of an organization. You must be able to work in Scandinavian.
