What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop an integrated producer & demand planning team
- Create and optimize Content Studio production processes
- Define early stage project budgets and review project estimates
- Assign projects and clients to producer team
- Oversee workflow and collaboration across multiple studios
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an integrated content production environment
- Experience in pre/post-production & shooting of video content
- Background in brand or packaging centric creative agencies
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Shotgrid, Jira, Trello
- Extensive black-book of talented industry contracts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest or experience in the implementation of project management tools and systems
- Experience working in globally connected, creative production studios
