- Lead all aspects of sales in the FR & SE region
- Operate as a member of the leadership team through leveraging experience and strategic insight
- Refine and lead the appropriate go-to-market processes, infrastructure, team and organisational structure, to facilitate and ensure growth is consistent and predictable
- Assess the team, identify gaps and recruit the best talent in order to build a commercially driven Sales function, that can scale efficiently and effectively
- Build operational infrastructure across the region to strengthen the existing sales pipeline and generate consistent revenue growth
- Mentor the sales and go-to-market teams to impart knowledge, coach the delivery of commercial outcomes and drive the achievement of strategic objectives
- Support the evolution of corporate strategy and long-range planning to maximise the company’s goals and achieve business objectives
- Win top tier accounts yourself, close high-profile multinational clients through your own endeavours
- Develop and execute plans to manage clients’ awareness of Emplifi products and services, with a view to expanding strategic relations with Enterprise clients
- Provide market insight and customer feedback to supporting functions for ongoing product development
- Strong intellect as evidenced by both academic and business achievement
- A true business leader with a strong track record of commercial growth and value creation with P&L ownership experience
- Prior experience as leader of sales teams, focused on driving operational efficiencies for a successful, growing business, ideally in the CX, or Social/Digital Marketing tech space
- Strong sales abilities, particularly at Enterprise level, with experience of building world class sales functions in international environments
- A natural leader with established methodologies for hiring, training and developing successful sales executives
- Relentless work ethic, hands-on orientation, tireless enthusiasm for the mission, collaborative style and eternally positive outlook
- A problem-solving self-starter with a creative mind-set and naturally entrepreneurial approach

Job Summary
Reporting to the SVP Sales EMEA & JAPAC, and as a leader in the continued growth of Emplifi in the region, you will lead all aspects of Sales. Combining your prior experience in a pedigree SaaS environment, you will work closely with the leadership team and the existing sales organisation to build and execute a cohesive sales strategy that captures the full market opportunity in the FR & SE region. With a consistent focus on methodology, training and coaching, hiring and metrics, you will evolve the strong foundation in place and push Emplifi to new heights.
Immediately upon joining Emplifi, you will take time to understand current practices and listen to the business’ view on sales. You will integrate with the current team, gradually increasing the growth rate and bringing the team to the headcount and level of capability required to build momentum to fulfil business expectations, with a particular focus on the Enterprise target market throughout the region. It is vital that you invest significant time with all team members to build close relationships at all levels, learning the produce concept and value proposition in detail. With this insight, you will contribute as a member of the management team to determine a coherent growth strategy, a timeline for investment, sales targets, organisational requirements and appropriate performance metrics.
Building on an initial period of success and achievement, you will take the lead in refining the overall Emplifi sales proposition with the leadership team, Marketing and Customer Success functions. You will look to increase the velocity of growth, and attract and integrate increasingly talented and high performing sales resources, alongside continually improving internal resources. This will ultimately help position Emplifi as the clear market leader in the region - with the best customers, product and team, securing a revenue stream that is sustainable and can support ongoing growth.
