Ayraa raised over $5M of seed capital and is backed by a strong investor network committed to building a powerful player in the enterprise search space. The founders are serial entrepreneurs who recently scaled & exited an AI startup. Ayraa has built a unique combination of a personal search engine for employees to increase their productivity & a knowledge management platform for the company's leadership team to eliminate information silos & overload.

      This role offers a unique opportunity to join the early stage of a promising SF Bay startup poised for growth. After two years of developing a robust platform based on extensive market research & feedback, we are beginning to see early signs of product-market fit. We are now investing in building a sales organization, starting with this role. The ideal candidate is a former founding sales leader or early sales manager of a successful startup, eager to rebuild from scratch. In startup terms, we are looking for a candidate experienced in taking a product from $0 to $1M in sales.

      Job Description

      We are seeking a highly driven Sales Leader to join our team in the SF Bay Area. The role involves working closely with the co-founder / CEO. Primary responsibilities include prospecting and generating demos with companies in the technology and knowledge-worker sectors, ranging from 100 to 1000 employees. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales management experience and 5 years of sales experience within the tech industry, targeting similar customer profiles—managers of tech, IT, security, and communications infrastructure.

      Responsibilities / What you'll do

      1. Collaborate with the co-founder / CEO to achieve and refine product-market fit for Ayraa.
      2. Engage with C-suite executives and management of targeted accounts to generate product demos.
      3. Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing contact with potential customers.
      4. Build and establish processes and foundations for the sales organization.
      5. Participate in daily sales huddles and contribute to shaping sales strategies.
      6. Create accurate data entry and reporting mechanisms.
      7. Travel to customer locations as needed.

      Qualifications / What you bring

      1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
      2. At least 2 years of sales management experience and 5 years of sales experience within the tech industry, targeting similar customer profiles—managers of tech, IT, security, and communications infrastructure.
      3. Strong references and a proven track record of exceeding quotas and leading by example.
      4. A passion for hunting new customers and a competitive drive to win.
