      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Champion and define strategies for global social support, presenting insights to the COO and CEO regularly
      - Build and lead a high-performance social support program across various platforms, including Reddit and LinkedIn
      - Manage crisis responses and develop playbooks for incident communications and trust-building
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to address root issues and improve customer experience
      - Oversee escalation workflows to ensure effective customer support and empathy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience leading social programs, preferably in tech, fintech, or crypto industries
      - Proven ability to manage high-volume social support environments with public visibility
      - Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing senior stakeholders
      - Strong understanding of AI and human support workflows
      - Excellent organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in regulated industries or with government scrutiny
      - Background in crisis communications, incident response, or risk management
      - Familiarity with social listening and triage tools such as Sprinklr or Salesforce
