What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead strategic financial and planning processes at the corporate and functional levels
- Deliver quality analytics and reporting on financial performance
- Partner with product, business, and departmental leaders to create and manage functional plans and budgets
- Provide financial analysis and decision support for evaluating new products and partnerships
- Support CFO in communications with board, leadership team, and investors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience leading strategic finance and planning
- 10+ years of leadership and management experience
- Strong financial analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage complex projects and processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking
- Deep curiosity about the impact of technology on the global financial system
