Job Description

- Do whatever it takes to get great talent in the door at Stellic, from sourcing to close.
- Manage and develop the recruiting team, providing guidance, coaching, and clarity.
- Build and scale scrappy, high yield recruiting systems and processes for hiring across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Ops.
- Partner deeply with hiring managers to prioritize roles, define success profiles, and run tight, inclusive interview processes.
- Pitch and close top candidates with compelling storytelling and clarity around our mission and culture.
- Build and maintain a healthy, stage appropriate pipeline of high caliber candidates.
- Help define and reinforce a stellar candidate experience from first touch through signed offer.
- Deeply aligned with Stellic's values and mission.
- A strong people partner and exceptional communicator who can influence across all levels, especially with founders and hiring leads.
- A strong leader and coach, able to uplevel a small recruiting team while leading by example.
- A hands-on operator with grit; you source, recruit, and close directly.
- Deeply understands the startup talent landscape, knows where to find the best people and how to attract them at our stage.
- A closer, skilled at pitching candidates and navigating competitive offers.
- A collaborator, loves working with hiring managers and helping them prioritize and streamline hiring.
- A systems thinker, builds repeatable, efficient recruiting workflows from the ground up.
- A storyteller and brand ambassador who helps shape how the outside world sees Stellic as a place to grow.

The Role
As Head of Talent, you will own and lead our recruiting function including management of the recruiting team. Your mandate: attract, close, and onboard exceptional talent across all functions while building a high-velocity, high-quality talent engine. This role is both strategic and hands on, working closely with the founder and leadership team to grow from 85 to 200 people while ensuring every hire strengthens our culture of excellence, speed, experience, and efficiency.
