Head of UK & Ireland, Institutional Client Solutions – Global Client Solutions – London
This is a excellent job for someone who has experience in Investment Consulting, Portfolio Management or Product strategy alongside experience in stakeholder management.
A bit about the job:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Head of UK & Ireland Institutional Client Solutions team to develop our business with asset owners, including pension schemes, outsourced chief investment offices, foundations and endowments and investment consultants. You will report directly to the Head of Institutional, Global Client Solutions and be a member of the senior leadership team of the Institutional Client Solutions. The Institutional Global Client Solutions team is part of the Global Client Solutions team that spans UK & Ireland, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive top-down business strategy for the region for all client channels, with input from your team, to raise assets and drive revenue growth in line with our company’s broader ambitions. You will provide strategic vision and leadership to the team and build a high-performance culture within the company. In addition to this the successful candidate will proactively develop new relationships and deepen existing relationships with thought leadership, knowledge transfer, presentations at industry conferences and participation in marketing activities.

What you’ll get for this role:
In this role you’ll be ‘Certified’ under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that we’ll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and we’ll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain ‘fit and proper’ and competent to carry out your role. We’ll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
