      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the regional office in developing comprehensive training and technical assistance (TTA) planning that aligns with OHS priorities and initiatives
      - Manage and coordinate TTA services to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and contract obligations
      - Develop and implement quality assurance processes for TTA reports and other deliverables
      - Supervise and coach TTA staff to enhance professional development and performance improvement
      - Ensure timely completion of OHS required reports and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BA or BS Degree in management, human resources, education leadership, administration, or a related field from an accredited institution; Master’s preferred
      - 7+ years of experience, with ten years preferred, including at least three years in providing training and technical assistance, and three to five years in supervisory/management roles
      - 1-year experience in coaching staff and managing project quality control
      - 1-year experience collaborating closely with multiple entities and using data to improve TTA quality
      - Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to adapt to various audiences and formats

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with tribal communities is preferred
      - Additional experience in developing and managing complex, multi-faceted projects
