      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide training and technical assistance to grantees related to school readiness, family engagement, and professional development
      - Assist grantees in selecting and implementing child assessment and curriculum that is appropriate for children from birth to five
      - Support grantees in improving teacher/child interactions using the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS)
      - Help grantees analyze and utilize data from multiple sources for program improvement
      - Facilitate the development and implementation of family engagement practices that support family progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BA or BS degree in Early Childhood Education/Development or a related field from an accredited college or university
      - 5+ years of experience in programs for young children from birth to five years of age
      - 1+ year experience working with infants and toddlers
      - 1+ year experience in family engagement
      - 1+ year experience analyzing data and assisting programs in making data-driven decisions
