      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site, group, and virtual training and technical assistance related to school readiness and family engagement
      - Support recipients in selecting and implementing child assessments, curriculum, and teaching practices appropriate for children from birth to five
      - Assist programs in improving teacher/child interactions using established assessment measures
      - Help develop and implement family engagement practices that foster early learning and development
      - Maintain regular communication with Area Office staff regarding training and technical assistance delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BA or BS degree in Early Childhood Education/Development or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in programs for children ages birth to five, including providing technical assistance
      - 1+ year experience working with infants and toddlers
      - 1+ year experience analyzing data to assist programs in making data-driven decisions
      - Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Head Start programs
      - 1+ year experience working within a Head Start/Early Head Start Program
      - 1+ year experience related to mental health/social emotional support
      - CLASS TOT certified
      - Fluently bilingual (Spanish)
