      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between the Office of Head Start and the National Center responsible for parent, family, and community engagement
      - Provide subject matter expertise and resources to Regional Office and TTA staff on engagement strategies
      - Aggregate, analyze, and disseminate regional data to identify trends affecting Head Start grantees
      - Develop and deliver presentations and training on family engagement topics
      - Support emerging Office of Head Start initiatives and priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BA or BS from an accredited university in social work, human services, or a related field
      - At least three years of experience providing training and technical assistance related to parent, family, and community engagement
      - 1+ years of experience working with families with children aged birth to five
      - 1+ years of experience analyzing data for data-driven decision-making
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Head Start performance standards and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
      - Experience working within a Head Start Program
      - Familiarity with virtual platforms such as Skype, Zoom, and Adobe
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Experience collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
