      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site, individualized, group, and virtual training and technical assistance (TTA) to recipients related to governance, program management, and fiscal operations
      - Support recipients in correcting areas of noncompliance and deficiencies identified through the federal monitoring process
      - Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) addressing root causes of noncompliance and deficiencies
      - Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff on delivery of TTA and progress toward corrective actions
      - Coordinate TTA with specialists to ensure effective integration of management systems TTA

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
      - 5+ years of experience related to program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
      - 1 year of experience supporting recipients to improve their program operations and management systems
      - 1 year of experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, to various audiences
      - Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fiscal expertise in budgeting, multiple funding sources, and Head Start specific audits
      - Experience analyzing data and assisting recipients in making data-informed decisions
      - Head Start expertise in Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA)
