      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site, group, and virtual training and technical assistance (T/TA) to grantees on governance, program management, and fiscal operations
      - Develop and implement corrective action plans addressing compliance deficiencies for grant recipients
      - Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress on quality improvement
      - Support the integration of management systems related to education, family services, and health services
      - Analyze data to assist programs in making data-driven decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
      - 5+ years of experience in program and/or organizational management and fiscal operations within Head Start/Early Head Start programs
      - 1+ year of experience providing technical assistance to improve program operations and management systems
      - 1+ year of experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences, both orally and in writing
      - Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
      - Experience in a leadership position within a Head Start program or other early learning program
      - Knowledge and experience in fiscal management and health services
      - Familiarity with Tribal governance and trauma-informed care approaches
      - Experience with web-based instructional applications
