Job summary
Jesmond Health Partnership (JHP) is a forward-thinking GP practice operating across four sites in the Jesmond and Gosforth areas. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant (HCA) to support the delivery of high-quality care to our patients as part of our established multidisciplinary team.
The HCA will assist with a range of clinical and administrative tasks under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals. Duties typically include phlebotomy, blood pressure checks, Health Checks, ECGs, vaccinations, wound care, and assisting with chronic disease management. The role also involves supporting infection control, maintaining equipment, and accurately recording information on clinical systems.
This is a dynamic role that may require working across all four JHP locations, offering the opportunity to contribute to patient care in a flexible and supportive environment committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
