      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze provider data to identify outlier performance and determine data trends
      - Document and communicate findings regarding provider behavior and recommendations
      - Develop action plans to enhance benefit outcomes and rectify potential abnormalities
      - Conduct targeted provider's random chart audits to ensure compliance with standards
      - Utilize SQL and internal systems to generate reports and analyze data effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, finance, accounting, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of job-related experience in data mining and healthcare data analysis
      - Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or relational database programming
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional relevant courses in healthcare processes and procedures
      - Familiarity with various dental and healthcare operational procedures
