What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage patient complaints and coordinate responses from clinic leadership
- Ensure timely documentation and communication related to complaint resolution
- Monitor quality data using RLDatix software and collaborate on report creation
- Support quality assurance initiatives and participate in relevant meetings
- Serve as backup for the Project Manager in managing RLDatix software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade
- Two (2) years of general office support or customer service experience dealing directly with the public
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data entry and database management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing professional customer service to diverse communities
- Training or experience with Electronic Health Records Systems such as EPIC
- Previous experience in a medical or health-related environment
- Exceptional communication skills
