      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process claims via data entry for 90% of your workday.
      - Adjudicate claims to meet production, quality, and regulatory metrics.
      - Follow up on claims requiring additional information.
      - Refer problem claims to a Lead or auditor for further review.
      - Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information according to HIPAA guidelines.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent.
      - Excellent internet connectivity with specific speed requirements and a hard-wired connection.
      - A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace.
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills.
      - Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and strong analytical abilities.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical Billing and Coding degree/certification.
      - Previous experience in a medical office setting with knowledge of insurance, claims, billing, or coding.
      - Familiarity with medical terminology.
