      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development of real-world evidence (RWE) and health economic analyses to inform market access strategy
      - Enhance internal reporting systems to generate actionable insights for decision-making
      - Conduct analyses using large administrative claims datasets and electronic health records (EHR) data
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research questions with analytic approaches
      - Present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, data science, economics, health policy, or a related quantitative field required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, registry, or operational data)
      - Proficiency in SQL and experience with either Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
      - Familiarity with statistical analysis and common clinical coding systems (ICD-10, HCPCS/CPT)
      - Strong analytical, statistical, and quantitative reasoning skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with cohort creation and RWE research design
      - Experience working with dashboards and reporting platforms
      - Exposure to HEOR modeling and RWE guidelines
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
