      As a Health Economics Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing health economic insights and analyses that support HTA and P&R processes and communication of the value of our healthcare products.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health economics strategies that support product launch and lifecycle management.
      • Conduct health economic analyses, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact modeling.
      • Develop de novo or localize and maintain economic models and other supporting HE tools to demonstrate the value of our products to stakeholders, including payers and HTA bodies.
      • Prepare health economics submissions for HTA, reimbursement and pricing processes in the agreed timelines.
      • Understand HE strategies globally and in other markets and proposes how to localize the relevant evidence to the Spanish setting
      • Engage with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, HTA, payers, and policy makers, to communicate the economic value of our products.
      • Monitor and analyze healthcare policy and market trends in Spain to identify opportunities and challenges for our products.
      • Contribute to the publication of health economics research in scientific journals and presentations at conferences.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
      • At least 3 years of experience in health economics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
      • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in health economic modeling and statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Excel).
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex economic concepts for diverse audiences.
      • In depth knowledge of the healthcare system and HTA and price and reimbursement regulations landscape in Spain.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
      • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
