      Pay Rate: 24.47
      Part time 23-29.5 hours per week

      The Health Equity and Diversity Educator provides community-based education and resources in the community settings focusing on inequities to include food access, resources and services, quality medical care, and transportation. Under direction of the CHEE Team Leader, the educator will build internal and external organizational capacity and collaborate internally to connect LFCHD public health practices by engaging community partners, developing partnerships and coalitions, seeking grant funding, and identifying health inequities in Fayette County.
      Education Requirements (Any) Bachelor's degree in public health, community health education, social work or related field. OR Associate’s degree plus three (3) years of professional experience in health education, health equity outreach or community outreach, HS/GED plus 6 six years professional experience in health education, equity or community outreach will be considered in substitution for education.
