      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with company policies
      - Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information
      - Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records and prepare new patient charts
      - Respond to requests for patient records and assist with inbound/outbound calls
      - Manage patient health records and ensure compliance with medical privacy regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate general office equipment
      - Strong data entry skills and detail-oriented approach to medical records
      - Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare environment
      - Previous production/metric-based work experience
      - In-person customer service experience
      - Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
      - Comfortable providing process improvement suggestions and feedback to stakeholders
