      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process requests for patient health information in accordance with company policies and procedures
      - Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information
      - Manage patient health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
      - Respond to inbound and outbound calls while assisting with patient walk-ins and administrative duties
      - Prepare new patient charts and create digital images of paperwork for electronic storage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of health information-related experience
      - Must be 18 years or older
      - Basic computer proficiency and ability to use office equipment
      - Professional verbal and written communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare environment
      - Previous production/metric-based work experience
      - In-person customer service experience
      - Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
      - Comfortable providing process improvement suggestions to internal stakeholders
