Responsibilities • Stay informed on Medicare plans, products, and associated services to offer precise and dependable information to both prospective and existing customers.
• Handle Medicare/Medicaid applications and other relevant paperwork promptly and efficiently.
• Foster and sustain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to guarantee a favorable customer journey.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Employ CRM systems for monitoring sales advancements and keeping customer records updated.
Qualifications • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must get appointed with ACA and Medicare providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• If not licensed you must get licensed before you can start. We will assist with study materials.
