What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify potential gaps and barriers within EHR systems at priority health systems
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer-specific plans to address identified issues
- Serve as the Health IT subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required; Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with healthcare software companies or health system informatics
- Strong technical knowledge of EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven project management experience and ability to work independently

- Certifications such as CAHIMS, CHTS, CHISP, CPHIMS, or Epic
- Previous B2B experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
