      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct testing on radiographic, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and other diagnostic medical equipment
      - Provide radiation safety consulting services, including performing quarterly audits and attending safety committee meetings
      - Travel to client sites to offer on-site support and address customer inquiries
      - Assist with regulatory compliance and coordination with radiation safety teams and stakeholders
      - Serve as the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for various hospitals in the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in Imaging Sciences, Nuclear Medicine, Health Physics, or equivalent from an accredited institution (Master's degree preferred)
      - ARRT or NMTCB certification required for Bachelor's degree candidates
      - Eligibility to serve as RSO, meeting necessary NRC and State requirements; prior experience as an RSO is highly preferred
      - Strong familiarity with health physics activities, including leak testing, instrumentation, and personal dose review
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience using radiation machines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO)
      - Advanced degree in a related field (Master's preferred)
      - Additional certifications in health physics or radiation safety
      - Experience with regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with biomedical test equipment and radiation detection technologies
