What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee Clinical Operations projects from initiation to completion
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement processes to improve Clinical Operations initiatives
- Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of applicable experience in a related field
- Strong analytical skills for documenting complex processes
- Proficient in project coordination and organizational tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Billing or Coding Certification through AAPC
- Experience with Medicaid and Commercial insurance
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
