      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit qualified candidates for specific client focus groups or interviews
      - Determine candidate qualifications based on client screening criteria
      - Conduct cold calls as needed for certain projects
      - Manage data entry in the system database and Excel
      - Schedule and confirm participation for study dates set by clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Commitment to a specific work schedule on a quarterly basis
      - Availability to work 20-25 hours per week during project hours ranging from 9 am to 9 pm
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and a reliable home computer with broadband access
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Availability for communication with Project Managers in a virtual work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Intermediate data entry experience in Excel and familiarity with MS 365
      - Some college education preferred
      - Previous work-from-home experience is advantageous
      - Medical experience is a plus
