      We are looking for

      • A Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to be in charge of the SIPP (Service Interne pour la Prévention et la Protection au travail) operations for two sites


      We count on you to

      • Be the Prevention Advisor
      • Develop HSE culture as per Solvay Group objectives
      • Ensures respect and promotion of actions in terms of Safety, Hygiene, and Environment
      • Carry out safety audits in the field as well as task analyses
      • Train the staff and organize regular Safety Toolboxes
      • Actively participate in the annual Safety Day
      • Update both site's HSE procedures as well as the five-year HSE plan
      • Participate in HSE audits and monitor the resulting actions
      • Ensures regulatory compliance of both sites
      • Ensure various reportings (HSE reports, HSE Road Map, SERF, among others)

      You will bring
      Education and experience

      • Bachelor's Degrees in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment. A Master's Degree is preferred

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience as SIPP Manager

      • Experience in the chemical industry is mandatory

      Technical skills

      • Fluency in French is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
      • Prevention Advisor level 1 (Conseiller en Prévention Niveau 1 as per Belgium definition) is mandatory
