Must Have:-

1. Technical understanding of current trends environmental and occupational health & safety, for example, Climate Change, Carbon footprint, Sustainability Reporting, Incident Management, Occupational Health and employee wellbeing, etc.

2. Hands-on work experience in identifying environmental and H&S concerns, recommending and driving mitigation actions in line with Pt. 1 above

3. Systems approach to HSE management, preferably as per ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. Must have reasonable exposure to devising / implementing these processes

4. Should understand and leverage multi-stakeholder involvement in deployment of HSE processes and initiatives. Team player

5. Exposure to latest environmental technologies like waste management, energy conservation, resource management etc.

6. Understanding of legal requirements (national / international) and ability to drive compliance
