      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct calls with stakeholders, provide consultation, create work plans, and facilitate screenings
      - Develop and maintain partnerships to increase the use of health services
      - Prepare and deliver presentations to decision makers and stakeholders
      - Maintain databases, track activity, and analyze program results
      - Identify and investigate emerging opportunities within health promotion and quality improvement fields

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
      - Minimum of 2 years related work experience
      - Computer literacy
      - Critical thinking skills
      - Interpersonal communication skills

      - Experience in IT systems, data infrastructure, and project management
      - Strong project management skills
      - Experience in developing data-informed interventions
      - Knowledge of health equity and social determinants of health
      - Experience in managing day-to-day operations for social needs work
