      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze healthcare utilization to identify patterns, variations, and outliers
      - Identify and quantify opportunities to reduce medical costs in various markets
      - Evaluate the effectiveness of medical cost reduction initiatives
      - Develop tools for comparing market performance across and within products
      - Conduct root cause analyses of adverse population health outcomes based on various factors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare analytics
      - Strong knowledge of healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims, EMR, and demographic data
      - Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Managed care experience
      - Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and other government-sponsored healthcare programs
      - Proficient in Transact-SQL, SAS, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau
