What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance of the pharmacy 340B program and maintain related policies and procedures
- Perform and coordinate audits, including patient eligibility and usage audits
- Manage assigned 340B accounts, including invoice reviews and expense approvals
- Utilize 340B software and tools for ongoing maintenance and data management
- Collaborate with vendors and maintain relationships with contracted pharmacies and wholesalers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing, Pharmacy, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a business or healthcare setting, particularly in pharmacy or finance
- Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Strong analytical skills to compile and interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
