What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance of the pharmacy 340B program through audits and monitoring
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the 340B program
- Manage assigned 340B accounts, including oversight of invoices and drug expense reviews
- Collaborate with vendors, pharmacies, and 340B Program administrators to support business development
- Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations to ensure ethical behavior
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing, Pharmacy, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a business or healthcare setting, focused in pharmacy or finance
- Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for discussing technical information
