What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review contracts between hospitals and insurance carriers to identify lost revenue
- Communicate with responsible parties for claim payments and prepare appeal letters for denial overturns
- Establish working relationships with individuals at insurance companies
- Analyze large data sets to identify underpayment and denial trends
- Prepare client decks and weekly reports to track project goals and present findings to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Detail-oriented and organized with effective time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic to experienced knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Claims preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or internship in a healthcare-related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare operations and understanding of auditing and reporting tools such as SQL
- Client relations experience and presentation skills are a plus
