      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, synthesize, and interpret federal and state health policy to inform program design
      - Analyze operational and technology impacts, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
      - Translate policy and business needs into functional and technical requirements
      - Facilitate collaboration with product owners, developers, and subject matter experts to refine requirements
      - Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, communicating insights effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Health Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Policy Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
      - Proven ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, policy development, and data analytics
      - Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytic methods and knowledge of GenAI-enabled workflows
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in stakeholder communications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting federal health programs, particularly CMS and ACA implementation
      - Background working in Agile environments with familiarity in user stories and backlog refinement
      - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
      - Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and requirements-elicitation sessions
      - Master’s degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or a related discipline
