      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with department heads to assist in building annual budgets, modeling, and forecasts through data analysis
      - Acquire and maintain data from primary and secondary sources for reporting purposes
      - Analyze financial and operational results to provide insights into company performance
      - Prepare business cases to support strategic investment and business decisions
      - Communicate results and recommendations for improvements to drive cost reduction and revenue generation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field with 1+ years of experience in data management OR Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience
      - 1+ years of experience with SQL, Tableau, and Power BI or equivalent reporting tools
      - Strong analytical skills and experience utilizing reporting tools
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
      - Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding, RVU's, and contract analysis
      - Experience with Athena and EPIC systems
      - Advanced computer skills, including writing macros in Excel
      - Ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate critical thinking
      - Significant experience in general accounting principles and budget management
