      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct thorough credit analysis and evaluation of commercial loan portfolios in healthcare-related industries
      - Approve or recommend credit extensions based on detailed financial assessments
      - Monitor customer accounts to identify and address potential credit quality issues
      - Utilize technological tools for credit evaluation and analysis
      - Collaborate with team members to make informed lending decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent underwriting experience
      - Typically one to five years of underwriting experience, depending on the level of the position
      - Strong knowledge of credit analysis, credit administration, and risk analysis
      - Proficient in computer navigation and software applications, including MS Excel and nCino
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Experience with complex healthcare credits in underwriting roles
      - Advanced analytical skills in credit analysis and risk assessment
      - Background in economics, accounting, or finance
      - Familiarity with additional software packages relevant to credit analysis
