Job Description
- Req#: 71598
- Answer inbound calls from the public, prospective enrollees, and their representatives
- Provide accurate information and support in accordance with privacy and confidentiality policies
- Handle a variety of inquiries and document them in the system
- Assist with health plan enrollment, disenrollment, and special enrollment periods
- Refer or transfer callers to appropriate resources as needed
- Facilitate translation services for non-English speakers
- Support fulfillment of materials via mail or email
- Escalate complex issues to designated staff
- Attend training sessions and stay current on all program updates
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 year of customer service experience (entry-level welcome!)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple applications
- This is a remote position , but you must be able to pick up and return equipment in Denver, Colorado
- All training and support will be provided to set you up for success!
