      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day from patients and clients
      - Process payments and update patient demographics
      - Provide claim status and explain copays/deductibles
      - Interpret and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
      - Utilize multiple programs simultaneously to assist clients effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
      - Customer service experience within the healthcare industry
      - Exceptional written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience interpreting and explaining EOBs
      - Ability to self-manage and work independently
      - Polite phone etiquette and effective communication skills
