What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues as needed
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues and upsell if required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Graduate or GED
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Proven oral and written communication skills

- Experience navigating Windows operating systems
