What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze market conditions to identify trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to organizational strategies
- Conduct health and budget data analyses to inform strategic decisions regarding community health initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with departmental clientele and external agencies
- Attend public meetings to stay informed about partner strategies and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field AND five (5) years of increasingly responsible healthcare analysis experience; OR
- Master's degree in Planning, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field AND three (3) years of increasingly responsible healthcare analysis experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Knowledge of public administration, healthcare delivery, and project management methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with legislative processes and public health funding mechanisms
- Background in conducting research on public jurisdiction funding health initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions
