What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships across the organization to support corporate goals
- Collaborate with team leaders to organize and execute multiple projects accurately and on time
- Gain business domain knowledge and adjust communication styles to relate results to various business owners
- Develop metrics and execute research designs and reports based on business rules and requirements
- Utilize analytical skills to provide insights into healthcare data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) OR Master's Degree with no work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and data using industry-standard tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of statistics and algebra
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare data and/or the health insurance industry
- Proficiency in coding with SQL and/or Python
- Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization
