      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to collect and analyze data for various projects
      - Monitor and evaluate data integrity for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with security and privacy frameworks
      - Provide data entry and reporting analytics, including monthly program reports in Excel and PowerBI
      - Identify trends and patterns through quantitative and qualitative analysis
      - Develop and construct KPI metrics to assess areas of improvement under the supervision of management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required, along with 4 to 5 years of business equivalent experience
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare-related field
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
      - Strong knowledge of healthcare data, particularly in pharmacy and grants
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with PowerBI and Power Platform apps
      - Familiarity with writing macros within Excel
      - Understanding of SQL coding and SQL Server database querying
      - Experience with Electronic Health/Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems
      - Ability to travel for job-related activities as necessary
