What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze healthcare claims data and conduct statistical analysis to detect fraud, waste, and abuse
- Develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges
- Utilize predictive modeling to enhance efficiencies and improve business outcomes
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to deliver actionable insights
- Prepare findings for presentation to various audiences and leadership levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with an analytical or technical focus (e.g., Statistics, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics)
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably with healthcare claims data
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with R or Python
- Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment
